Please note: It is the policy of certain Banks/Credit Card Issuers, even in countries where refunds are allowable, to not permit us to issue refunds to Visa Credit Cards that they have issued. Please note the following important information:

• The minimum allowable Wire Transfer Cash Out is $20. The minimum allowable Bank Draft, NETeller, or FirePay Cash Out is $5. If your Cash Out request is for less than the minimum allowed, the funds will be returned to your Bankroll.
• Occasionally, your authorization or some documents may be required to process your Cash Out requests, and we may ask that you sign a list of your previous Deposits with us.
